Discuba's Responsibilities:
Have all available products in stock.
Prepare your order and deliver it to the distributor in less than three business days
Settle your claim if you do not receive your merchandise within 45 days from date of purchase if the order was sent via International Mail, and 20 days if sent via International Express Service. In this case, you may request a replacement order, or receive a full refund of your purchase amount.
Replace, free of charge, any merchandise that arrives damaged. For this offer to be valid, you must meet the requirements stated below.
Maintain a strict privacy policy and not disclose your contact information or store your credit card information.
Client's responsibilities:
Make sure your shipping address is correct. Discuba.com is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect shipping information. If an item is returned for this reason, you may request that it be shipped again, however you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Sign the proof of delivery form at the time of delivery, and check to make sure your merchandise in is undamaged.
If your merchandise is damaged, return it to Discuba, or provide evidence of damage.
Pay any additional import taxes or fees required by the country of residence.
