give you the CDs of that performer or group. Similar result will
be achieved when searching for a specific author. In both
cases, at the bottom of the resulting page you have the choice of
making a new search on the same performer (author) this
time within the CDs registered as various performers (authors).
Be sure that when searching by an specific criteria you have previously
selected that criteria in the combo box. For instance, if you wisht
to search by performer Septeto Nacional "Ignacio Piñeiro",
before typing the name of the group, you must previously select
the choice performer.
Additionally
you may zoom in the online catalogue according to a relatively wide
classification by genres or music styles made by experts.
It
finally offers a searching option by record labels, maybe because you
prefer the productions from a certain label or you may thinking on possible
wholesales, having such possibility in this option.

To include a CD in your shopping cart, click the corresponding icon

The Shipping
The Shop is offering the choice of sending your request to the address you write in the form during the purchasing process, which could differ from the address appearing on your credit card. To carry out the shipping of your request, you can choose the sending through the Express Service (DHL or COPA COURIER) and International Postal Mail. This express service is offering all guarantees including a faster delivering. The maximum delivering period is up to 12 working days since the purchasing date; after this time you have the right to ask to ventas@discuba.com a new shipping or the refund of your money with no charge.
Delivering via International Postal Mail: Sending is certified with acknowledged receipt. Shipping through this procedure can take up tom 45 days, since the purchasing date. After this period of time, if you have not received the merchandise, you have the right to ask to ventas@discuba.com for a new shipping process, free of charges, or the total refund of your money.
DISCUBA is not responsible for the expenses regarding to tariffs belonging to each country at the moment of receiving the merchandise, in case it may occur.

Returns and Replace Policy
In case you have not yet received your order after the established period for each shipping modality (International Postal Mail or Express Service), mail to ventas@discuba.com and we will send you a new shipping with no cost at all.
Customer should request via e-mail the cancelling of your order and the refund of your money provided that it
has not yet entered the dispatching or shipping process.
If you receive a damaged item with responsibility on DISCUBA.COM, we will replace it with no charge at all. For this procedure you must claim within the first 7 days after you receive the merchandise and this item must be returned to discuba.com
In case of any non-predicted trouble, please e-mail us. We will surely find a friendly, quickly and adequate solution for both parties.
